Meeting Log 05: Methodological Validation and Final Review

Empirical Data Finalization and Dissertation Audit

Meeting Details

Date: 02 April 2026
Attendees: Ketan Clint Pinto, Mr. Roshan Renji
Subject: Empirical Data Finalization and Dissertation Audit

The final supervisory meeting was dedicated to academic validation and the critical review of the empirical data necessary for the dissertation's testing chapter. The supervisor reinforced the principle that engineering claims must be substantiated by quantifiable, reproducible metrics rather than subjective observation. Consequently, the methodology for the testing phase was thoroughly audited. The results of the 100-trial environmental simulation and the 8-hour continuous load stress test were presented and analysed.

The empirical data confirmed that the A.E.G.I.S. framework achieved a 96% true-positive classification rate, an average latency of 418 milliseconds, and maintained a stable thermal plateau of 58.2°C under continuous NumPy processing. The supervisor reviewed the 11 formal test cases formatted for Chapter 9, ensuring that all procedural placeholders were replaced with explicit, recorded metrics to guarantee academic integrity. Furthermore, a comprehensive review of the 8,000-word dissertation was conducted. The supervisor verified that all referencing adhered strictly to the Harvard academic standard, ensuring that foundational literature regarding Wi-Fi CSI and mmWave technologies was appropriately cited within the text. Following the verification of the signed Generative AI and Ethics compliance forms, the supervisor formally approved the physical prototype and the written documentation for final submission and demonstration.
